For instance, if you have found a more cost-efficient solution for your Internet TV service, then you've found a more efficient way to spend your time watching TV. That's not to say that watching TV is all bad but perhaps there's a way to make better use of some of that time. Time is money. Your time is as valuable as your money and it deserves to be treated with the same level of seriousness. Saving money and overall becoming more financially capable is getting harder and simply spending a little less here and there doesn't seem like it's going to cut it. Perhaps it requires a more sophisticated approach like adjusting to new habits and lifestyles."
